“Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award” is not restricted, and it is open to all sectors and fields from within the UAE and beyond.
Candidates can submit their contributions individually through the award website (www.mbrtawards.ae). Moreover, candidacies can be done popularly. Each person can be nominated by any individual from the public. Those who have recommendations made by reputable prestigious personalities can also participate in this award.
Conditions and criteria to apply for the award:
01Applications for candidacy shall be submitted on the approved dates by the Council. Received contributions shall not be accepted after the deadlines.
02Applications for “Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award” in the United Arab Emirates shall be submitted according to the prepared form for this purpose.
03A brief summary of the applicant’s CV and a report on his submitted achievements, initiatives and proposals in any field of the award shall be attached to the application for the award.
04“Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award in the United Arab Emirates applications are sent to the Technical Advisory Committee formed by the Institute Board of Trustees to be studied and to submit the appropriate recommendations thereon to the Arbitration Committee.
01“Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award” falls under the umbrella of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Global Initiatives in Dubai, UAE and does not allow the use of the name, media, documenting or making video material of the award without prior permission from the responsible parties.
02“Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award” reserves the right to cancel, extend or modify the course of the initiative, and its terms and conditions without prior notice, with no right for participants to object – any changes to the initiative will be posted on the official website (www.mbrtawards.ae) and through the social media channels of the award.
03 All entries submitted for the award will be subject to review and audit to ensure their validity, eligibility and compliance with the initiatives standards and terms and conditions.
04 The contributions, in terms of objectives and practices, must abide by the participant’s country law.
05 All participants must submit during the allotted time period in order to be considered.
06 By submitting an application, the participant acknowledges that he/she read and agrees all the terms and conditions.
07 If evidence of copyright violation, whether theft or imitation, arises, the participant will be excluded, and will be held legally accountable. If a winner is found to have infringed on any copyright laws, they will face legal repercussions, and the monetary award will be returned to the responsible party.
08 Submissions should not contain any information about third parties who have nothing to do with the initiative.
09 Participants must not violate any international or local rights, laws or provisions, or in any way encourage the violation of these right, laws and provisions.
10 In case of award cancellation, organizers will publish a message on its official channels, on the main website (http://www.mbrawards.ae)
11 “Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award” committee is entitled to request additional information or documentation, if necessary to support participation or verify credibility.
12 At any stage of the initiative, the “Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award” committee reserves the right to exclude any participation that does not comply with the terms and conditions or general provisions of the initiative/award.
13 For promotional purposes,the “Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s Tolerance Award”committeehas the right to publish whatcouldbe considered appropriate in the participation form information, at any stage of applying for the award.
